Recently, students from Nanjing Institute of Technology visited Nanjing KJT Electric Co., Ltd. to conduct practical learning across R&D, After-Sales, and Logistics positions. Transitioning from the classroom to the industrial site under the guidance of mentors, the students engaged with real products, operational processes, and team collaboration. Through specific tasks, they gained firsthand insights into the industrial automation sector and developed a renewed understanding of how "professional capabilities" are applied in real-world work.
KJT has always attached high importance to young talent development. Through school-enterprise cooperation, we aim to open real-world industrial scenarios to students, enabling them to move beyond mere site visits to genuinely step into roles, participate in workflows, receive feedback, and build professional awareness and accountability through practical experience.
R&D Assistant Role: Under the guidance of mentors, students performed sensor assembly, process operations, and detail verification, gaining an understanding of the full journey of a product from design requirements to physical realization.
Logistics Assistant Role: Participated in cable organization, sub-packaging, and packaging preparation, training standard consciousness and precision in seemingly repetitive yet crucial steps.
Logistics Assistant Role: Verified, categorized, and organized batch materials item by item, ensuring that every product undergoes clear and standardized preparation prior to reaching the delivery phase.
After-Sales Assistant Role: Learned the use of tooling fixtures and basic testing procedures, examining product structures and on-site issues to understand the technical logic behind after-sales service.

Though R&D, After-Sales, and Logistics appear to have distinct divisions of labor, together they form the complete lifecycle of a product from design to delivery and service. Practical experience showed students that the reliability of an industrial product stems not only from technical parameters, but also from every role's dedication to standards, details, and teamwork.
