The core component of KJT Gear Speed Sensor is the magnetic resistance as the detecting element, and then through the new signal processing circuit to reduce the noise and improve the function. By comparing the output waveform with other types of gear speed sensors, the error of the measured speed is very small and the linear characteristics are in good consistency. The sensing objects are magnetic materials or magnetically conductive materials, such as magnets, iron and electrical steel. When the measured body with a raised (or concave) magnetic or permeable materials, with the measured object rotation, the sensor output and rotational frequency related to the pulse signal, to achieve the speed or displacement detection of the purpose of the transmitter.
