KJT-D series is a laser distance sensor designed for complex industrial sites. With a range of 0.05 m to 10 m, it uses color-independent detection technology to achieve equal-distance measurement of both dark and light-colored targets across the full range.
The product integrates multi-mode signal output and wide environmental adaptability. It is suitable for high-speed dynamic detection, precise positioning under harsh conditions, material level monitoring, and dimensional measurement.
Traditional distance measurement solutions have obvious limitations in dark-object detection, signal compatibility, ambient light resistance, and temperature stability.
The KJT-D series solves these problems through dark-object equal-distance algorithms, full-mode output, wide-frequency response, and wide-temperature design, ensuring reliable detection in complex sites.
KJT-D uses dark-object equal-distance measurement technology, achieving equal-distance detection at 10 m for a 90% reflectivity white target and a 10% reflectivity black target.
A 4 mm light spot diameter at 1 m improves edge positioning accuracy.
A built-in high-performance signal processing chip enables:
Absolute accuracy: ±10 mm
Repeatability: 5 mm
Protection rating: IP67
This series is widely used in warehousing and logistics, packaging and printing, steel and chemical industries, tire manufacturing, textile films, electric power, petroleum, and other industries.
It is suitable for box stacking detection, roll diameter measurement, material level monitoring, and tension feedback. It effectively eliminates the influence of target color and material on distance measurement results.
The product uses a Class 2 laser, 650 nm.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to +55°C
Ambient light resistance: up to 3 kLux
Power supply: 12–30 VDC wide-voltage input
